Think out of box works in startups but in corporates you will only hear them
Every middle management employee in any corporate always gets reminded or one statement, think out of box but what happens when you suggest the boss says no its not that big idea which is out of box and the same statement is repeated to you.
The same in start up works because you don’t have any reason to try it out, as when you are facing extinction you will try anything and everything with out fear of loosing.
In startups think out of box works that’s why startups come into existence as there is no fear of loosing which a corporate company thinks when it is suggested think out of box ideas.
In startups there is no hierarchy of decision making which ensures you are responsible for making and breaking, whereas in corporate companies you have good hierarchy which ensures that your idea which you think is out of box may not be the same thought process with hierarchy.
The reason why startups get success is they break the traditional thought process of taking decisions, enter areas, which are not tapped, or which is UN organized which a corporate existing identity may hesitate to take call.
The think out of box works in startups, so when you get bored of listening to this statement in your day to day corporate job, its time to implement the same idea which you thought at out of box with your own startup.
