There is no rule that you have to become a entrepreneur to be successful in life or just setting up startup company as existing success stories are motivating you to become one such story. All entrepreneurs when they were working would have gone through the same sentiment as why cant I be the boss or why should some HR or Manager decide my appraisal.

Just for the sake of doing it don’t get started up. Also remember there is nothing wrong in working and going through the mental pressure of boss and back biting in office. Don’t think that life of entrepreneur is much easier all you need to is to prove a point and then you are own boss and all the glamour attached to it.

Entrepreneurs whose company gets funded is just few countable companies but the major startups don’t get funded what ever be the reason, running a company without revenue and proving point comes at a cost, you need to pay salary to staff whether you have money or not your employees needs to be taken care and the law of beg, borrow or steal comes into picture to run the show.

Swiping credit cards to maximum limit, failing on EMI’s and borrowing becoming more often is also the daily life of entrepreneur so be prepared before taking the leap. Remember everything comes at a cost.

Gone are the days where investors funded on traction and market penetration and burn rate after having done every industry will go through correction which will ensure that investor also look at bottom line as basics of economics cannot be changed in any era.

If you cannot take the pain as the form of pleasure and undergo much more pressure than what you were getting at work place, then its better to be away from startups.

Remember for a employee there are many other companies who can hire him but for an entrepreneur remember he has only one company and which he has to prove that his decision was correct and rest were wrong, takes lot of courage.

If life is all about working 9 to 6pm and being in safety secure zone then entrepreneurship is not the ship you need to board, remember just like our finger prints our abilities are also unique and different .
