How to start working on Idea to implementation
Every one gets ideas some are good and some are good for discussion and debate. But every entrepreneur starts with idea, which is actually a pain point, which is being solved.
There are many pain points and every solution of pain point is not opportunity, hence idea’s need to be backed by scalability and financial viability. As idea has to generate revenue, for e.g as you cook good food at home you cannot just start a restaurant.
Fine the courage and the thought is good but setting up business with just these two are not going to take to survival. The other important aspect which entrepreneurs should also look at it is not from the passion and love for the idea which they have developed, but also to introspect is this kind of market or scalability or the vision are they looking in.
Starting food business is good idea but the aspects that need to be looked in are the end mile connectivity and distribution. Just having a good corner shop with fast food like rolls or take away will not ensure that the idea is going to generate revenue.
In today’s market scenario there is absorption of consumer for every product or service and the initial success may seem good to work on but need to understand is the fact that will this idea give the growth.
As today the market is well matured enough and you will have consumers for your product or service offering but how long and how good is what entrepreneurs should look at rather than getting carried away on the aspect that there idea is giving revenue.
